TIPS FOR A HEALTHIER AND GLOWING SKIN

Today I am gonna talk about few things which contribute to a healthier skin..
So, in today's hustle bustle of life we all tend to forget our skin which is one of the most important thing and which cannot be ignored..and which if we do not care of may lead to early signs of aging, wrinkles, pimples, pigmentation etc..
So today I will be sharing a few tips which will help you to take care of your skin..
1. Drinking plenty of water is the most essential thing to have a healthy and glowy skin..so it is necessary to have atleast 8 glasses of water everyday which brings back the glow in the dull skin..and it also flushes out all the impurities from our body..
2. Having a proper 6-8 hour sleep is a must..which helps the skin heal and repair more quick..
3. Eating healthy is always, always important for you skin..Dry fruits and fruits like kiwi, pomegranate, guava, orange, papaya, blueberry are very important for a clear and glowing skin as they are rich in vitamin c and anti-oxidants..
4. Always make it a point to remove your makeup no matter how tired you are before going to sleep as not doing so will harm the skin and cause irritation, acne, and redness on the face..
5. Wash your face with just cool water atleast four to five times a day and exercise regularly to remove the dead skin cells from your body and feel refreshed with the glowing skin that you have..
